It was mostly a joke as we had quite a few reoccurring characters from various universes, like Todd and Reginald who had roughly 7 different games they were in collectively, and I thought that I could make some funny quests about hunting down the group of 3 identical daemon men that formed a gang and were riding through peoples towns and sleeping with their wives and husbands. So for a while I had an idea of a D&D world that was completely populated by unused and dead rpg character, characters that we had made but never got around to playing or even just stopped being used. So our story begins like most stories, with even more exposition.
Next is Oreo (inside joke) who GMs tons of random games with us (normally one shots) and plays Grud and Siege (i’ll explain later), Mark who plays Vax and finally Crusader who only joined in for one session and half of one later.
We got John who use to DM more but tends to just play characters now, he is the Necromancer Dorian. The first of these fiends is Lizzy who I’ve known for many years now and she runs very traditional D&D games but lets us get away with playing more obscure races and classes as long as they are fair., in this story she plays Agatha the Barbarian. I’ll be using fake names for the real people and the in game names for everything else. I’ve got a small group of friends who I play various rpgs with as we are all a fan of DMing. Regardless you guys and gals came here for a D&D story and or just stumbled onto my post and thought about giving it a read so lest get started with a little background information.
